INTERLINC · PROSPECTING

Bring your list.
Let the work find the message.

The Catalog and the Content Studio make what you publish. Prospecting is the other half: upload a database and send to it, paste a link and pull what matters out of it, and let AI do the reading and the drafting that used to eat an afternoon.

IN DESIGN
WHAT IT WILL DO Two capabilities, both AI-driven
Upload a database, send to it

Drop in a spreadsheet of past clients, partner agents or event sign-ins. The columns get mapped, the list gets cleaned, and each contact gets a message written for them rather than a mail-merge with their first name jammed into a template. Sends go out from your own address, tracked, with unsubscribe handling built in.

Paste a link, extract the information

A listing, a property record, an agent's page, a news item. The page gets read and the facts come back structured — address, price, beds, photos, the agent and their brokerage — ready to drop straight into an open-house piece or an outreach message without retyping any of it.

THE CONSTRAINTS Email is a more regulated surface than a feed post
The same copy rules, enforced the same way

Everything the Content Studio blocks — rates, payment figures, approval claims — is blocked here too, by the same linter. An AI-drafted email is checked before it can be queued, not after it is sent.

Consent and CAN-SPAM are not optional

A working unsubscribe link, a physical address in the footer, honest subject lines, and suppression that persists across every list you ever upload. Uploading a list you do not have permission to email is the one thing the tool has to refuse.

Nothing sends by itself

Drafts are drafts. You see the list, you see the messages, and you press send — with a per-campaign record of who received what and when.

What I need from you before building it

Which comes first — the list-and-send side or the link-extraction side? What are you sending email with today, if anything, and does it already hold your contacts? And whose lists are these: your own past clients, or partner-agent databases that belong to someone else? That last answer changes the consent model, so it decides the shape of the whole thing.
